Some things never change and as sure as night follows day, summer will follow spring. But this year as we live with Covid-19 we are faced with continuing uncertainty, not least as ‘unlocking’ measures further unfold. What does it mean to us, how will our ‘new normal’ look?
Here at The Nurture Project we have been asking the same questions. Specifically, how we can deliver an effective and timely service – with safety always at the front of our minds. So, from mid June we will be offering one to one ‘walk and talk’ therapy in our woodland setting followed by the reintroduction of horticultural therapy in the walled garden in July. We also hope to introduce group work from August. Our overview is cautious rather than ambitious, with continual review. The health and safety of everyone involved in the project is our top priority.
